Say Yes Again
In six weeks, map exactly where fear has shrunk your life and take your first planned step back into it, without waiting to feel ready.
For anyone who's been saying "maybe next time" since a panic attack, a scare or a difficult experience changed how safe the world feels.
Doors open Friday 27th November. Waitlisters get early access, a founding price of £197 (£247 once doors open) and first pick of the 15 places.
You're still sitting in the car park, waiting for the feeling to pass before you can go in.
Still reading the invitation and not replying. Still planning your day around "just in case."
You know, logically, the danger has passed. Your life hasn't caught up with that yet.
And what you want isn't complicated.
You want to get in the car on your own without bargaining with yourself first. To book the weekend away with your friends and be confident you'll actually go, not spend the fortnight before it quietly working out how you'd get out of it. To say yes without needing to be sure exactly how it'll turn out.
If that's you, SAY YES AGAIN was made for exactly where you are.
Everything you've been doing to cope has brought you relief.
And every time it has, it's quietly taught your brain that the fear was right.
This isn't another set of coping techniques.
You've already tried breathing, grounding, telling yourself you're safe. Most anxiety support teaches you to manage the feeling. Say Yes Again shows you what's actually keeping your life small, and what needs to shift for it to start opening up again.
Over six weeks, you'll…
- Understand exactly what anxiety is and why the feelings in your body seem so frightening, so a racing heart becomes something you recognise as anxiety, not a sign that something terrible is about to happen or a reason to leave
- Understand why your body still reacts as if the danger is here, and why freezing was never weakness, so you stop reading the fear as proof that something's wrong with you
- Map your Fear Footprint, every place, plan and person fear has quietly taken out of your diary, so you know exactly what you're getting back
- Take your first step back into something you've been avoiding, between sessions, without waiting until you feel ready or completely sure
- Finish with a plan for your next steps, and for what to do if a hard week knocks you back
The Say Yes Method
Being told to "just do the thing" rarely holds on its own. If you step before you understand what's been keeping you stuck, it can feel like white-knuckling, and the fear often comes straight back.
This is the sequence I've built from 15 years of clinical work and EMDR-informed coaching:
Understand what anxiety actually is, and why your body still reacts as if the danger is here.
Map your Fear Footprint, and the "only if…" rules keeping fear in charge.
Step back into one thing you've been avoiding, without waiting to feel ready.
Strengthen each step,
with a plan for the weeks that knock you back.
How it works:
Six weekly 60-minute live sessions with me, starting in mid-January 2027, plus a workbook. Every session is recorded, so you can watch later if you can't make it live. This isn't group therapy: you don't need to share your story, speak or turn your camera on.
15 places. Waitlisters go first.
SAY YES AGAIN is deliberately small, so there's room for your questions in every session. When you join the waitlist, you get:
👉 Early access: your link arrives on Thursday 26 November, a full day before doors open to everyone
👉 A founding price of £197: for waitlisters only, instead of the full price of £247

Who's behind Day Yes Again?
Psychologist & EMDR Therapist
I'm Dr Kelly Young, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and EMDR Therapist with 15 years' experience.
Again and again, I meet people who've done everything they were told – breathed, grounded, pushed through – and are still saying "maybe next time." Nobody had explained what was actually keeping the fear going.
Say Yes Again is that explanation, and your first step back into your life.
